I love this. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable knowing i can be alerted so quickly.

My family of 4 have been using it for about 2 weeks now, great design and my kids have not even complained (which trust me is a big win). Love the battery low indicator feature too.

I love this app for keeping in touch with my kids, especially the fact we can chat together as a group. I recommended it to my sister for her family too

I installed this not knowing its only a trial version and no price on the upgrade. It also says upgrade is for tablet or computer. I have no idea if it will still work on my phone. There was no info on that on their website either.

The app is easy to use for iphone newbie parents like me. Very usefull app for the family. Having it at work on my computer is a life saver. I can now be sure that my kids got back from school safely even when I am in a meeting!

I want my child be able to track me as well, not only track them! Outrage is! Please delete from phone that you own all of them they are bad because no!

I wont give it a 1-star because this app seems like it can potentially save lives and reduce abductions. I downloaded it today but after I signed up (for the first time) it wouldnt work. So I signed in from my desktop and "Alert.Us" asked for payment because my subscription is expired. Ill go ahead and pay the measly $6 for a month subscription but hopefully its just as advertised or better.

I put in all the information asked for but when I click the "finish" button, nothing happens. Good idea, but it doesnt work.

Does exactly what I want. If youre a parent this is the app you want. Make sure and add family member when trying to register or it wont let you

Started review it worked for a day or so. Kids logged out and we not able to be tracked. Still trying to review but I think my time ran out. As a result I find this application lacking in use ability.

Panic alert, history of locations, variety of zones - all great features that I think make this app#1. Bugs to fix: Alerts have wrong time stamp (European time even though my family is in California), need separate admin password from log in password since this app does stop and so family members have to log back in, but I do not want my teen to turn off restricted zones. Biggest bug to fix: Neither on website or in app is there a way to pay the annual app fee due when trial ends! The app developer is a FOOL since I am ready to fork over $65 not for non-trial version but cannot find a way to sign up. It should be easy to give up $$$. Developer must be rich or not serious about $$. Ok, but hope when trial clock end the app continues to work since I have come to depend on this app.

There are a lot of features to love, like the panic alert, zones, location history. The app frequently asks me to login again, and does not reliably work when my child closes the app on his phone. Also, the child uses the same login as the parent and can change settings, which is a potential problem. I dont mind the reminders to set up zones and protectors, but the app should let me exit out of that screen gracefully if I dont want that feature at that time. I cant find the price of the alert.us infinity anywhere in -app or at the App Store, and its not clear how to purchase the upgrade.

Not able to register

Looked like a promising app. First problem that I encounter was that the first time signing up, the app did not display correctly the country code for the telephones. I was able to go around this glitch by restarting the app. Then I completed everything in the signing page and I encounter an error that said "no internet connection". Something that is not true because I am actually posting this review with my internet connection working just fine. If this bugs are corrected let me know. Happy to try the app again.
